About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you may use the WESLEY WORLDWIDE | MEN website and purchase men’s footwear through it.

The website is operated by WESLEY WORLDWIDE LIMITED, company number 16521632, with its registered business address at 307 Leigh Hunt Drive, London, England, N14 6BZ.

By browsing the website you agree to use it in a reasonable and lawful manner. When you place an order, the terms applying to that purchase include the product information shown at the time of ordering, the order information supplied to you and these terms.

Effective Immediately

These Terms & Conditions apply from the time they are published on this website. No separate drafted-date statement is required for this page.

02

About Our Products

WESLEY WORLDWIDE | MEN supplies men’s footwear, including ankle-length boots, lace-up leather styles, chunky-sole designs, motorcycle-inspired boots, hiking styles and other footwear shown in the online catalogue.

Each product page is intended to give you useful information about the item, including its name, available options, description and price. Product images are provided to help you understand the appearance of the item, although colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and device.

01

Product Description

We aim to keep descriptions clear and useful. Please read the product information before ordering, particularly the available size, colour and style options.

02

Product Images

Images show the intended appearance of the product. Minor differences in colour or tone can occur because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

03

Availability

Product availability is shown as accurately as reasonably possible. Where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.

04

Sizing

Please check the size information shown with the relevant product before placing an order. If the selected size is not right, our return and exchange policy explains the available options.

03

Prices & Payment

The price shown on the relevant product page is the price applicable to that product at the time the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before the order is completed. Standard delivery for our current website orders is offered without a separate delivery charge.

  • Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless the website clearly indicates another currency.
  • The total amount payable is shown before the customer completes the order.
  • Any promotional price applies only for the period or conditions stated with that promotion.
  • A promotion cannot be combined with another offer unless the relevant offer specifically says that it can.
  • Where a genuine pricing or listing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact the customer before proceeding.
  • Where an order has already been accepted at an incorrectly displayed price, the customer will be contacted and the available options will be explained clearly.
Simple at checkout

Before completing an order, you should be able to see the product selected, applicable options, the total price and the available delivery arrangement. The final order step should make it clear that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

04

Placing an Order

Adding an item to the basket does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. The order process allows you to review your selected items and correct obvious mistakes before completing the purchase.

01

Choose Your Product

Select the product, size, colour or other available option shown on the relevant product page.

Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent to the contact information supplied during checkout. Keep this confirmation for your records.

Confirmed
Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may need to contact you if an item cannot be supplied, an option is unavailable or an obvious error needs to be resolved. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate amount paid for the affected order will be returned.

05

Delivery

Standard delivery is currently offered without a separate delivery charge. Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the availability of the selected product.

1–2 Working Days
We normally prepare an available order for dispatch within 1–2 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Order Preparation
2–5 Working Days
Standard UK delivery is normally expected within approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.
UK Delivery
Up to 30 Days
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods supplied under an online order will normally be delivered within 30 days.
Outer Delivery Period

Delivery estimates are working-day estimates rather than guaranteed arrival appointments. If an unusual delivery delay occurs, we will provide an update where appropriate.

If an item is unavailable before dispatch, we will contact the customer rather than leave the order without an explanation.

06

Cancellation

For eligible online consumer purchases, customers normally have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods to tell us that they wish to cancel the purchase without giving a reason.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

  • Cancellation can be requested by contacting us using the contact details shown on this page.
  • Please include the order number so that we can identify the purchase quickly.
  • The goods should be kept in suitable condition while you decide whether to keep them.
  • Once cancellation has been properly requested, follow the return instructions provided by our team.
  • Our separate Return & Exchange Policy explains the condition requirements and refund timetable in greater detail.
Consumer rights

Nothing on this page is intended to remove a cancellation right or other consumer right that applies by law. Where a separate legal right applies, that right remains available.

07

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy explains the practical process for sending footwear back, requesting a different size or colour, and receiving an eligible refund.

01

First Return

The first eligible return from an order is covered by us without a separate return delivery charge.

02

First Exchange

The first eligible exchange is also covered, subject to the requested replacement being available.

03

Refund Processing

An eligible refund is processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received or suitable return evidence is provided where applicable.

04

Legal Rights

The return arrangements on this website do not replace any consumer rights that apply to goods that are not as described or do not meet the required legal standard.

10

Our Responsibilities

We take reasonable care when preparing product information, processing orders and arranging delivery. We also expect the website information to be clear enough for customers to make an informed purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

In particular, these terms do not remove a customer’s legal rights relating to goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which goods of that type are ordinarily supplied. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}

01

Product Information

We aim to keep product information accurate and updated, while recognising that availability and product listings can change.

02

03

Delivery Information

We provide delivery information and aim to keep customers informed when an order needs additional attention.

04

Customer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to take away rights that customers have under applicable consumer law.

11

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the website, products, ordering process or applicable requirements change.

Any updated version will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of an order that has already been completed unless the change is required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

For a new order, the version available when that order is placed will apply to that purchase, together with the information provided to the customer as part of the order process.

Clear and visible

Important changes will not be hidden in small print. The wording of these terms is intended to remain readable and understandable so customers can review it before making a purchase. UK guidance recommends that consumer terms are fair, transparent and written in plain language. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
